Let's Meet at the Table!

October is Eat Better, Eat Together month.

When families spend quality time at the table with each other ever body wins! Research has shown that families that eat together have healthier diets and stronger relationships. It provides children and teens with a routine, a sense of security and a felling of belonging. Students that eat together 5 or more times a week, with their family, are twice as likely to receive A’s and B’s in school and rank themselves to be happier and less stressed then their peers. So, take the time to eat together knowing you are making a significant impact.
